Pick-to-Light technology assists operators with four basic functions:

Picking a specific or active item.
Putting an item in an active order or location.
Communicating a message such as a quantity, description, etc.
Completing the task and moving to the next task.

TiC – Transaction Information Center Lights:

TiC Light

Description: This dynamic pick-to-light system provides discrete item identification in 1/10 inch increments. The system also communicates descriptions, quantity and other messages required to reach 100% accuracy. Easily customized to meet most standard and unique requirements. Perfect for applications requiring high throughput and accuracy levels.

Integrates With: Vertical carousels, VLMs, flow rack and shelving.

Light Tower:
	Description: Comprised of extruded uprights and display modules designed to indicate the active carousel, shelf level, cell location and quantity to pick. Often one Light Tower is placed in between two carousels and is software driven. Provides a very good blend of increased accuracy and throughput with a limited budget. Integrates With: Horizontal carousels

Light Frame:
	A frame of lights encompasing a horizontal carousel bin. Each shelf level has two cells (left and right) and a light on the light frame indicates the side and the shelf level for quick and accurate picking. Ideal for putting or consolidating carousel applications due to its simplicity and economy. Integrates With: Horizontal carousels

Message Centers:

Provides high visibility and product specific information to operators on transactionswhere additional information, such as SKU numbers, descriptions, aliases (AKA), pick quantity or other data is needed for the operator to pick accurately. Available in a variety of sizes, colors and characters. Mounts easily within work stations and integrates with most leading inventory management software.

Integrates With: Horizontal carousels, universal workstations, shelving and flow rack work cells.

Put Lights:

Lights or indicators that direct an operator to “put” items in a specific or “active” location. Often indicates the quantity of items to “put” in the “active” location. Ideal for consolidation, batch picking and sortation applications. Available in a variety of modules each designed with specific functions and functionality.

Integrates With: Workstations, carousels, VLMs and flow rack.

Pick Lights:

Lights that direct an operator to “pick” an item from a specific or “active” location. Often indicates the location and the quantity of items to pick. Ideal for batch picking and sortation applications. Available in a variety of modules each designed with specific functions and functionality.
